The estimator provided a thorough evaluation of the crawl space and structural supports needed prior to listing for sale. The whole process from estimation to installation was flawless. Kyle was very easy to work with and addressed all of my concerns. The installation team did a thorough job and even addressed some needs not previously discovered. The work was completed on time and they cleaned up after themselves. One of the best contractor experiences I've had. Thanks so much!

Kyle and his team came out to waterproof the basement inside corner and redo our French drain in the garden. They were very professional and considerate of my family. They made sure I was involved in all the decisions and explained what they were doing each step of the way. The result was exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Western Construction Systems.

This company has outstanding employees and service. They did everything they promised and were able to do. My estimate was adjusted since they could not repair some of the foundation due to wet ground. They will be back when the ground dries out.

The team was Wonderful! The office specialist Lauren was Great with keeping me informed of processes and checking in. When the team showed up at our house they were wonderful. They were very Courteous and approachable. They answered our questions, cleaned up their workspaces ( could not even tell they were here) and just Wonderful ? I Will DEFINITELY use their services in the Future

I was promised photographs of the work done in my crawl space. The guys who did the "repairs" (and I put in quotes because with no photographs I cannot confirm they did anything in the crawl space) promised to take photographs of the work done in the crawl space and email them to me. I have requested these photographs now five times. Of course, they are demanding payment but they have not finished the job without the photographs. Also they left a three-inch concrete screw in my driveway. The vents put in the front of the house have very CHEAP doors that won't stay shut. They are less thick than cardboard and flimsy. The guys either left these vents open in the rainy cold winter or the doors opened after they closed them. Also I asked the guys to back their truck up because they did the work on garbage day and I wanted the garbage truck to be able to get to my garbage containers. The guys did not back up the truck apparently because my garbage was not picked up. Also, they charge a huge fee to get a debit or credit card payment. They do not use online payment options. They will accept checks if you use checks anymore. So I will have paid over $60 in fees by the time I pay off the outstanding amount. I am not happy with this company and cannot verify the work they did is up to standard with no photographs as promised.

I would like to give a big thanks to Tyler and his crew at Western Construction Systems for leveling the corner of my mobile home and installing 3 support beams.The crew was informative on letting me know what needed to be done. They were professional and did the job in a timely manner . I can now open my door without scraping the floor. Great job

The Western Construction folks were very responsive and quick to schedule and complete the work—in fact, they finished even sooner than originally projected. They were very professional, and the initial inspector/project manager didn't attempt to upsell me on products or solutions beyond what the house needed. I would recommend WCS to anyone needing these services, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I had Western Construction come out and fix my sagging floor and post/beam under the house. I’m very happy with the work they did, and the end result of their work exceeded my expectations. All the men on the job site were polite and professional. The jobsite was cleaned up after they were finished and was inspected by the foreman before they left. I would highly recommend Western Construction Systems.

We had a great experience with Western Construction. Tyler gave us a comprehensive assessment of the foundation of our new house, and was willing to come back to answer additional questions that we had. The team that did the work was on time and completed all of the work as planned over a two-day period. This included adding additional supports and installing a sump pump.

I had Western fix a crack in my daylight basement concrete wall that would leak whenever there was a very heavy rain. It wasn't an emergency situation so I gave the guys plenty of time to schedule me in. On the day of the work the repairman arrived on time. Assessed the issue, laid down plastic sheets to keep from tracking anything in even though I told him not to worry about some dirt in the basement. The repair work started at about 8:30am and he finished a little after 1pm. The work done looks great and I'll assume from what I can see it will hold water during the next big winter rain storm. But it's almost spring now and it may be months before we see enough rain to actually test the repair. I'm completely pleased with the work done so far.

Feb 26, 2020 Crawlspace Inspection
They were recommended by the house inspector. We needed to know if our crawlspace was taking on water or not because some of the neighbors had problems. Justin was very professional. He thoroughly inspected the crawlspace, including taking photos. He did a great job of explaining his inspection when we was done. We were very satisfied and recommend him. Inspection was in February.
