Saggy floor in a 115 year old home
After assessing the sagging floor in our century plus year old home it was determined we needed additional support beams and some adjustable pilings. Western Construction scheduled the time with us, showed up with a small team, and knocked it out in slightly less than a day while communicating the process as they went. I found them to be professional and efficient while also providing quality work. We will definitely recommend Western Construction for basement and crawl space foundation repair.
Professional quality work
Working with Western Construction has been a great experience. They are timely, professional and extremely knowledgeable in renovating our entire foundation. We highly recommend this company, from the office staff, project management, as well as the hardest and friendliest working crews. They are quality through and through.
Foundation Restoration
The foundation on our 73 year old house was undermined due to erosion and crawl space excavation done by previous owners. Western Construction restored some of the support by packing gravel under the eroded areas and under the pier blocks. This helped to stabilize the floors in the house. The difficult job of crawling around under the house and carrying gravel in buckets through the crawl space was done efficiently and without complaint. We appreciate a job well done.
Great Job
Had some very expensive bids to "fix" an area of the foundation along the driveway where chunks had fallen off. Turns out what was needed was skim coating. Best bid was from Western Construction Systems. Western did a beautiful job. The entire area is smooth and beautiful now and it looks exactly like it should.
Amazing Foundation Repair!
We recently bought a home in Salem, OR, and during the basement inspection noticed a concerning crack in the foundation on one side. We negotiated with the seller to have the foundation repaired and Western Construction did an incredible job. Our home was built in 1913 and we feel sure it will be good for another hundred years after their super solid work. Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company for foundation repairs.

I couldn't be happier with Kyle S, who came out to do the estimate, or with the 2 guys that completed the job. All 3 of them were professional, experienced, polite, and went above and beyond expectations.
Western Construction was the only company that came out and gave an honest bid at a fare price. Kyle didn't try to convince me that I needed major foundation work like the other 3 companies that came out to give estimates. Kyle was honest from the beginning to the end of the job.
The guys that did the work were fantastic. They had the experience to know what needed to be done, completed the work in a timely fashion, and they left the area under my house cleaner than they found it!
I highly recommend Western Construction and if I need similar services in the future, Western Construction is the only company I'd call.

Very friendly. Complete repair, you can't even see where the cracks use to be. Left the site very clean. They also took the time to explain to me what they were going to do and why.

Excellent and professional workmanship
I needed to have two cracks in my basement walls repaired. The start of my satisfying experience began with the estimator. Kyle did an excellent job of evaluating what we needed to have done. The price was affordable I thought and we went ahead. Mike and another individual came to do the work and I was really impressed. This took place when COVID-19 masks were still being required and they wore their masks all they time they were in my home. While they worked they used plastic sheeting everywhere on the floors and as a concrete dust barrier to protect my property from damage inside and outside my residence. When they were done, we reviewed the work that was done. I was very pleased with the job they did. I would not hesitate to use their services if other cracks appeared or to recommend their services to anyone who asked.
AMAZING!
Kyle's crew is professional and goes above and beyond. The transformation was incredible and beyond what I expected. They showed up every day on time and completed the project on time. The workers were kind and great communicators. There was an extremely deep crack that got uncovered during the process and they were able to fix it within the timeframe of the project and didn't charge me extra even though we didn't know it was that deep at the beginning. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and their consistent professionalism. I would hire them again 100%. Very grateful for the transformation of my foundation.
