Sorry I Ever Used Them
Buying a 1925 home the end of 2021 our realtor called them in to help when water intrusion was detected in finished basement. Tyler took a look, found two horizontal cracks and assured me they could fix those and told me foundation was in better shape than most he saw. We proceeded to buy the house and had Tyler fix the crack.
Then the atmospheric rivers came. Water was pouring in, pooling in utility room, oozing through the floor boards.
When they finally came back to look I was now told "the crack repairs are good, you have water seeping in along the base of foundation. We couldn't know that because it was behind the finished walls."
If they had been thorough to start with I would have been able to negotiate some contingencies with sellers. Instead I am jammed up with bills to demolish the water damaged areas and to properly fix the ongoing water intrusion.
They're response was pretty much a caveat emptor.
