My basement had been flooding for years and I had put off dealing with it. Just shop-vaced up the water and moved everything off the floor. But when I met with Tyler from Western, accepted their bid and witnessed their work, I was impressed. He and his crew answered my every question cheerfully and completely. They worked hard digging the trench, carrying out pieces of the foundation floor and buckets of heavy, clay soil, laying the pipe in a calculated way so that all the water it collected would flow to the sump pump, which they installed and explained to me in detail. A week later, my basement no longer smelled musty and the walls have continued to dry out in this warmer weather. I know I will rest easier this winter and that if I have any questions at all, Western will be there to answer them.
