That was the absolute best eye exam I've ever had. Eye doctor took the time to explain what I was experiencing in terms that made sense, and went the extra mile to make sure that my new prescription would be correct. I am so happy with my experience, and will definitely refer others to this practice.

Dr. West was great! Easy to talk to, quick and thorough exam - and he took time to answer all of my questions! Lee was incredibly helpful in picking out my frames and helping me determine how to best use my insurance for maximum benefit! So great!

Ms. Tran was excellent! This was my second time getting an eye exam from her, before my first exam with her I hadn't seen an eye doctor for 15+ years....until I realized I could not pass the vision test to get my license reinstated. She didn't make me feel bad for "squinting through life" to this point.... she just corrected my vision, and educated me on the importance of a good eye care regimen, then at the end she explained to me in clear terms....the information she gathered from MY exam, what that meant (in layman's terms), and what I needed to do moving forward to maintain the best vision/ eye functionality. Then, we talked about skiing.. then the exam was over. She fit all of those elements of exceptional care....into a 15-20 minute appointment...and left her patient (me) feeling more knowledgeable....equipped with actionable information, that didn't make me feel bad for not having been to the eye doctor for almost 20 years. In my opinion....She's truly a master in her profession.
