Kudos to Dr Hannah and her whole team. I came in for my annual dental check-up and was delighted at the cheerful and welcoming atmosphere of the office. The process was seamless from check-in to cleaning to X-rays to dentist review to discharge. Dr Hannah’s review of my past dental issues was thorough and thoughtful as were her recommendations. After my appointment I called the office with a question. The dentist called me back after what I’m sure was a long work day to patiently address my concerns and arrange for me to pick up a special solution on the weekend. Great experience! Everyone there is really nice. Worked with me to get my insurance in line. Also, not judgmental at all! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, so I have a lot of work to get done, but they are so helpful and kind and working with me to get it all done. Best dentist in Albany!
