Working with Wendy and Cadwell Reality Group was a pleasant experience. She was very explanatory through the whole process of selling our house. She was not pushy and very patient with us. Wendy was always very considerate of our family time. I enjoyed working with her so much, we are using her for the purchase of our new house. If you use Wendy you will be gaining a friend in the reality business. I will always refer her to my friends and family.
