Wendy does a great job communicating, getting back with me, and offering helpful options that fit my situation. I appreciate that I have someone to reach out to if needed. Unfortunately, insurance is something you only need when something has gone wrong so having the human interaction during that time is comforting! Five Stars for Wendy!
