Waterloo Turf completely transformed my backyard, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the quote was reasonable and transparent — no surprises, just straight professionalism. The crew was outstanding. They were punctual, respectful of my property, and clearly took pride in their work. You can tell when a team cares about quality, and that was evident every single day they were on-site. Derek was hands-on from start to finish, which made all the difference. He was responsive, attentive to details, and made sure everything was done exactly right. That level of ownership is rare and deeply appreciated. The final result exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering upgrading your outdoor space, I highly recommend Waterloo Turf. I’m only giving 5 stars because 10 isn’t an option.
