Pick up order shopping is great here. Easy access and no searching for a parking space! I get my order loaded in my car within minutes and spend far less on impulse shopping. You know whether they have what you need in stock when you place your order instead of going shopping just to find they are out of stock. Occasionally they sell out before your order gets pulled but they will substitute either another size or brand discounted.. For example I purchased a 16oz they gave me a 32oz or I bought a generic, I got name brand for the same price! You can choose to allow substitutions or not before you place the order. You are notified before the order is completed or even decide not to accept the substituted item at pickup and it will be removed from the order. There are even items you can have shipped if out of stock in store without shipping charges or minimum that will be shown separately but included on the pickup order. Mine have always arrived within 2 days from things like canned goods to bags of chips. These are some great features along without the crowded isles, unruled children and slow checkout you can experience in the stores. If something was missing I have always received immediate credit by reporting online where you get your receipt and any damaged or unsatisfactory item can be returned. You get all that with no fee and the prices are not marked up for the convenience like other stores do. They also have their "+plus" program for a reasonable fee that includes delivery, shipping and other perks if you are within their delivery area. For about what others charge for the convenience on a single order pays for a full month. I have used both with great results but I am not within a delivery area at this time.
