Jay and Evit, your calm demeanor and determination to help provide care are noteworthy! All three of my daughters received two vaccines from you Jay as you were caring and calm as you gave us all shots and you Evit in processing the five of us despite the back log. You fought through my daughters fears and tears of needles to give each of them two shots! Moreover your whole team continued to help consumers even when one customer with significant social borderline disorder walked in and immediately started yelling while almost becoming violent about having to wait a few minutes for his appointment. You all remained calm and attentive to resolve the situation peacefully. You honored this Marine and my family yesterday; a special day, as it’s the birth of your Marine Corps and day before veteran’s day. Please be proud of what you do and keep you head high and know more people than you realize recognize your hard work. Thank you kindly!
