Vito's Trattoria

Okay, first time back in over a year due to the food prep at the previous restaurant at this location. We walked in and were immediately seated on a Saturday night. Food tonight was so much better; good enough that we will come back again. Service was attentive; we had drink orders in within a couple of minutes of sitting down and they arrived very quickly; fastest we have seen in Albany. Our table wasn’t great. There is a two person table in the back where one person gets to watch everyone use the restroom and the other person gets to see the bar and kitchen door. It’s not the end of the world, but there were several 4 seat tables in the non-pariah section that were open when we got there and had couples sitting there when we left. If it were packed, then I would understand, but it wasn’t. That should really be a”break glass in awe of emergency table”

Exceptional! I had my 30th birthday dinner here and it was amazing! The staff is kind and attentive. Food was absolutely delicious, even for the picky eaters in my party. 🩷
