Doctor Pond is very knowledgeable and caring. He was able to put me at ease. Having a clear plan of treatment and moving forward. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Pond is the best eye doctor I have ever had, and I've been seeing eye doctors since I was a small child. I have had very bad experiences in the past and am very sensitive about my eyesight. Dr. Pond always makes me feel calm and at ease. The staff are also very accommodating, pleasant and helpful! I will ALWAYS be a patient of Dr. Pond's until he retires!

I have never needed corrective lenses until my late thirties. The experience was welcoming and informative. I went through a series of exams and was told the purpose of every one of them. Keeping me in the loop is important to me and also a necessity. The associates give great feedback while you are trying on frames. Insurance covered most of my bill and they take most carriers. The doctor and office workers were in great moods... I'm sure that happens on a daily basis. I'd give more stars if I could.
