Virginia Tops recently (January 2026) replaced my kitchen countertops. They did a superb job. Arrived on time and completed the job in less than a day. Excellent workmanship on the new countertops and installation quality was of the highest order. Peter and Al were thoroughly professional and did a total cleanup afterwards. My parents had some issues with their kitchen counter which was contracted through Home Depot. Shannon at Virginia Tops squeezed in a technician even during their busy high season. They temporarily glued what was needed and promised to come back when there was more time in their schedule. They came back as promised and took such excellent care of my parents. Even assured them to call anytime if there’s other problems. It made me so happy to hear my parents going on and on about how nice the technician was to them. There’s a language barrier so it made me especially happy to know that someone made my folks comfortable and took their time to communicate with them. I feel like Virginia Tops is truly one of the few that still feels like a neighborhood spot. You know, the types that won’t take you to the cleaners but really want to help you out? Yea, that’s what it felt like. They didn’t just say they will be back. They showed up.
