My guinea pig seemed to be having some issues with eating his hay so I wanted to have him seen by a vet with experience with exotics. Village Vet Hospital provided great care for him! The clinic is welcoming, clean, and modern, and they really take the time to develop a relationship with their clients and their pets. Dr. Jones and Amanda were AMAZING with my little guy—they even had treats for him! We were able to get a dental scheduled for him as well. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and her team, especially if you’re looking for a vet who cares for exotics!

I've known Dr. Jones for years starting by her taking care of my canary that was sick, over 5 years ago. I've only had wonderful experiences with her. She's also taken great care of my dog over the years and provided excellent dietary recommendations. She takes her time, listens to all questions and concerns- I've never felt rushed. She also sees all of my exotics, including sugar gliders, rabbits, and my reptiles. Would recommend her for anyone, and her staff is great at the new location. Thank you Dr. Jones for always taking such great care of my pets!

I recently moved from the city over to Illinois and had started taking my cat to another local veterinary clinic. She had been losing weight and having litter box issues which were ultimately caused by diabetes. After receiving multiple outrageous quotes, I decided to look elsewhere and found Village Veterinary Hospital. They took all of the records and tests that had already been done and recommended a path with limited medicine required to get my cat into remission within a couple of weeks. They have also worked with us to get her litter box issues corrected quickly and everything is back to normal. The staff is responsive, informed, friendly and you can tell they truly care for the well being of my animals. I appreciate that you can tell this clinic is not about pushing prescriptions or lab work and are informed on the latest in treatment plans for my animals. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, and will be continuing to take my animals here as long as I reside in the area.
