Village Properties at Sunriver

This was our first time at Sunriver. We usually try to take a family trip each year mostly we go to the coast. A friend had mentioned Sunriver. We had specifically searched for a dog friendly place. We read many reviews that were positive and negative for many places. We chose to stay at Aquila #5. This home exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely amazing. It was so spacious and fit perfectly for our family and two dogs. It was stocked well with everything we could think of which made our stay even better. The hot tub and foosball table a plus. We felt so comfortable and cozy, our dogs too. It was also short drive to the Village and the SHARC. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

This was our first time to rent from Village Properties and to stay at their house on Crane Dr. Our family of 9 had a fabulous reunion due in part to the wonderful house and follow up from VP. We just had one minor glitch and they followed up immediately. The house itself was extremely well equipped. They had a canoe, kayaks, bicycles and all other sorts of fun toys. The amenities in the kitchen were over the top (plenty of dishes for our entire group, seasonings, paper products, etc). The beds and bathrooms had very nice amenities as well. This house is a must for a large group!

Moving can be super stressful and our move to La Pine has been no exception. We worked with Village Properties on an apartment rental and they were amazing. Anna was super responsive, kind and very accommodating. We had some unexpected events that had us change our plans not once, but a few times. She did not get frustrated and was super understanding. She did her best to make an already stressful situation less so. We also worked with Arleigh, who went above and beyond to help us through the unexpected. She was also kind and understanding of our situation. This could not have been a better experience. I would highly recommend Village Properties due to their impeccable customer service. We will definitely use them for our future property needs. Thank you both!!
