I absolutely LOVE Vidya Yoga 🧘🏻♀️ I go 1-2X per week and have enjoyed classes by all 3 instructors. Kate, Bee and Kenzi are all so wonderful. I also recommend 1:1 coaching with Kate. As I recover from burnout and adrenal fatigue, Kate is helping me to achieve wellness and nutrition goals that I’ve failed to achieve on my own. I’ve been able to develop new habits and change the way I see food and nutrition. Very happy client. Take my recommendations, you won’t regret it! Thank you ladies for all you do ✨💕
