VH1 provided exceptional service for us. We had extensive damage from the late April 2021 storm, and VH1's professionalism and responsiveness helped ease our minds as we worked through the process of insurance claims. Not only did they do a fantastic job on our home, they were able to complete two homes for our daughter and son-in-law - the home they were selling and the home they were buying. For them, VH1 had to navigate the closing dates and make sure that the work was done to the complete satisfaction of the new buyers! We appreciated the personal care they gave to all parties along the way. What I most appreciated about the business part of the experience was that the owners of VH1 were directly involved every step of the way. They made sure that we were fully informed of all aspects of the work, while managing the entire project themselves. With our busy lives, it was such a relief to know that the project was completely handled by them. VH1 provided a beautiful new roof, gutters, windows, drywall, paint, and fencing - and we couldn't be happier! For personal service, comprehensive project management, and workmanship quality, VH1 is unequaled!
