Took my kitten in yesterday after being told he was an emergency case. They worked with me, took him in immediately, and gave exceptional care.. I don’t think my baby realized he even left the house that day. I have a small distrust for vets and They didn’t immediately turn to the worst/ most expensive case scenario which was very meaningful to me. I genuinely feel like we were given the best care and treatment for my lil guy!
Today I took my senior Chi in for an appointment for his vaccinations. I had used the travel vaccine clinics at Petco’s before, but this was my first time taking him to the full service Vetco. I had several questions about the vaccine timeframe and what requirements I needed to make sure my dog would qualify for the 3 year Rabies again. I spoke with the manager, Demario and he answered all of the many questions I had. He was so helpful in helping me get my dog in to be seen in time. I had to reschedule several times and accidentally changed my appointment time the day of and Demario made sure and followed up to confirm. The online booking/cancellation option was a huge convenience for me, and Demario and his staff were so nice and understanding about having to rebook. The entire appointment was pleasant. I was worried about my dog’s anxiety, but the manager, staff, nurses and doctor were so welcoming I don’t think they could’ve handled him any better! The vet was so kind, and very thorough. I wasn’t pressured into getting anything additional. The pricing was absolutely fair, and I was honestly surprised at how warm the calm and atmosphere was. I will definitely be opting the clinic and going to full Vetco from now on because of how great they were with my little one :)
