VETcare is a transitional housing program dedicated to serving houseless Veterans with compassion, dignity, and respect. Our facility can accommodate up to 30 male Veterans at a time, providing safe housing for up to two years as they work toward stability, independence, and long-term self-sufficiency.
During their stay, Veterans receive individualized daily case management, in-house mental health services, and three nutritious meals each day. Through case management, we support reintegration into the workforce when possible, connect Veterans with VA benefits and services, provide access to addiction recovery programs when needed, and offer peer support opportunities, including monthly community outings and resource connections.
As Veterans prepare for the next step, we assist with securing permanent housing and continue providing six months of follow-up case management to ensure housing stability and address any barriers that may arise.
