Velocity Property Management LLC

Without a doubt, Lindsay, Stevie and team are one of my favorite local businesses. Even before we moved here 5 years ago I hired Velocity after an extensive review of other similar businesses in Bend. Velocity managed our future home as a rental until we moved here. They currently are managing our duplex we acquired when we moved. Lindsay has all the resources at hand that are necessary to successfully provide complete management services. I can count on Velocity to take care of all aspects of keeping both me and our tenants satisfied. Velocity took care of our tenants throughout the pandemic. We didn't miss a single month's rent. We always deal with any tenant issues jointly and she never makes a decision without informing me and discussing options before initiating whatever action we decide. No wonder Velocity is the most highly regarded local business in the category.

Velocity...Lindsay and crew...are extraordinary property managers. Professional, prompt response on questions, repairs, payments, rental laws. I live out of the area. I purchased a rental house in early 2021 which I've not yet seen. Lindsay expertly managed a nervous tenant rental renewal plus various property repairs revealed on the inspection. I have full confidence in Velocity and highly recommend them for tenants and property owners. They are really the best I've worked with in either Portland or Bend.

I have been Leasing a property through Velocity Property Management for the past three years. I must say, that during this period, it has been such a pleasure dealing with Lindsay, Stevie and Destiny. They have always been very attentive to my needs and deliver excellent and efficient service every time. Whether it was a repair, a request, advice or anything that needs attention in the home, which have been very few so far. They always go above and beyond the call of duty, which is very admirable. From day one, I received professional service, and they are always eager to assist. Very knowledgeable in their field, and always service with a smile! :) I highly recommend Velocity Property Management for all your Rental needs and Property Management services. As an owner you will be in the best hands possible, that will leave you completely satisfied, as they are very thorough in their screening and leasing process. No surprise that they have won so many awards for Bend's Best Property Management Company consistently over the past recent years!
