Vaulted Home Inspections

We were very impressed with Colin and his recent real estate inspection on a home we are looking to purchase. His knowledge of building construction and his thorough coverage of the entire structure was impressive. He is very professional and personable. He sincerely wants to help and was more than helpful in answering questions. We would recommend his inspections to anyone.

Colin went above and beyond our expectations in doing our home inspection prior to our purchase. He was extremely thorough and timely in providing us with a very detailed inspection report. We especially appreciated his personalized service, including phone calls, since we were out of state and couldn't be there in person. We would highly recommend him and use his services again!

Colin with Vaulted Home Inspections is amazing, knowledgable, and calmly professional! He is prompt to respond about inquiries and scheduling was very easy. Colin performed (2) home inspections for us and he is extremely reliable and honest. He is very thorough during his inspection and is not rushing to stay within a certain time frame. He utilizes the most up to date technology which comes in very handy when referencing the report via photos, video, infrared, etc. Colin definitely goes above and beyond for home buyers and patiently goes over any important details to take note of. There are many aspects of our home that we would not otherwise have known existed, needed attention, or knew to follow up on for maintenance. We will definitely be referring him to all of our neighbors and friends. Hopefully we are lucky to find him still in the trade during our next home buying adventure in the future.
