This gym has awesome Veteren owners. Love the fact how much they contribute and give back to the community. This place has allowed me to gain new friends through the classes they offer and given me the ability to continue to better myself through my health journey. The improvements they have made and continue to make Best Gym Ever!!!

My youngest goes to karate classes there. Wonderful class, love the teacher and his wife. I've yet to sign up for the gym part, but I know one of the staff and he's pretty awesome too. Overall the place seems friendly and ready to help whenever needed.

Gym was just taken over by new owners. And the updates are coming along nicely. Great gym and very nice owners if you’re in the Stayton sublimity area
