Amazing staff. They are so welcoming. Love going in there and seeing the friendly faces. You have so many options that you can do they've got everything covered but everything covered you don't have to be stuck on one type of machine. They are helpful with all my questions. The different rules are also helpful. You can go and watch a movie while you workout or listen to your Podcast in the other room or you there's so many options. Did I mention how wonderful the staff was.

Incredible amenities for the price. While often crowded, the clientele are respectful and mostly dedicated fitness enthusiasts. Best option for your money in Denver, maybe anywhere for that matter. They are minimally staffed with just 3-4 front desk workers and trainers throughout the day, so locker rooms and saunas can get a bit dirty at times.

I switched to vasa from my previous gym recently and I’m so happy I did- the facility is clean, tons of equipment and space to work out even though it’s busy, the showers/locker room are so nice, and the staff is helpful and kind. Also, the hydro massage chairs are amazing! I feel like it’s a great value for the monthly fee.
