This gym m has a functional training area for more athletic type activities. a really great swimming pool. they have the free weight strength training area which is excellent. that's practically where I live. So many different kinds of machines Hammer strength to the various kinds of cable machines that you find in box gems that's so much more. They have the personal training area, studios, saunas, and so much more. It's a really great gym.
