I had a great experience here yesterday! Mike was a great salesman for Valvoline while still keeping my best interest (both safety and wallet) in mind. He took his time explaining to me the suggested manufacturer services, gave me thorough answers. I also appreciated the great recommendation to a mechanic to do one of the services that Valvoline didn't offer in house. I forget the names of the other guys on the team, but they're all excellent and I love coming here :)
Had a great experience here! The crew was very professional and aware of everything going on. The truck in the other bay and I had a lot of stuff to get done and they were on top of taking care of us while double checking on the customers behind us. It showed that they cared and wanted to make sure everyone was served well. The guy in the pit was keeping his cool while working fast and efficiently. Mark was cracking jokes while moving with urgency and a sense of pride. These guys all deserve a pat on the back, I wish I got everyone’s name. But just got Mark and Jesus. So good job guys! I will definitely be back and I will recommend my friends and family to your location.
