The delivery guys were courteous and mindful of my 100 year old home. They took care in not hitting any walls or the banister as they moved the furniture pieces upstairs. Great job! Only thing missing was the mattress protector I purchased.

Brad was absolutely amazing. So easy to talk to I talked about what I was looking for and if I wasn’t to excited we’d move on. We found the perfect piece, if Brad wasn’t guiding me thru this process I would have gone with a darker console than the ivory!!! Looks great in our space!!!! Thank you Brad.

I have shopped at Value City for many years and have been pleased. This particular experience was exceptional thanks to Jesus Mendoza-Sanchez. He was immediately helpful, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable without any sales pressure tactics. Of course we waited until black Friday to make our large purchase and immediately sought out Jesus to close the deal. We appreciate his attention and positive attitude.
