Valley Spetic Services

I have had this company assist with many issues related to our aging tank and drain field. They have always come up with a solution, are timely in their ability to help, and reasonable in the cost of services. Technicians and office staff are friendly.

We had a problem with water backing up from the toilet onto the floor! The septic tank needed to be pumped which they did in short order, but there was a clogged pipe that needed to be cleared too. The wonderful service tech tried for almost two hours, but couldn't get it unclogged. It was late in the day, so we called a roto rooter service to come out the next day thinking that was what needed to happen next. Well, after 5 we got a call from the front desk person at A & B who said the tech had talked to "the boss" about our situation and that he wanted to come out in the morning and have his crew try again. We then cancelled the roto rooter service. Next day A & B came out first thing, tried again with a new approach and the drain was cleared! No extra charge for us and we were spared an extra roto rooter fee. NOW, THAT'S GREAT SERVICE and integrity! THANK YOU A & B Septic!!!!

Great customer service. Educated me about septic systems and didn't try and sale me something. I appreciated everything that was done to repair our system and highly recommend them to anyone needing their septic pumped or repaired.
