I firmly believe that I live on the largest ant hill ever. We finally reacheched out for help on the recommendation of my Medical Director. We were ab;e to get someone out within a week. The plan was to treat, then check in a month--and set up regular visits after. Our ant population has been drastically reduced. I have had to call in between scheduled visits, and have gotten help promptly. I am not sure the ants will ever be totally eradicated, but I can always call between services and get prompt help. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and professional. Service has happend on time and promptly.
Great service/product
I called Valley Pest on the recommendation of the medical director of my vet clinic for an ongoing small ant problem. I think we sit on the biggest and hill in the area! I had an appt set up within the week and with minimal fuss on our part (we have 2 dogs and 3 indoor cats to work with). It was such a relief to be ant free. When the little beggers started coming back before the next appt, I called in and had someone out that day to spot retreat at no cost. Great company to work with.

It's possible that we were one of the first clients to sign on with Valley Pest Control, LLC. Definitely one of our better decisions! It has always been a pleasure to work with Jeannie, Luis and Trevor. Luis is very knowledgeable and explains everything including what types of chemicals that are being used, the effectiveness, length of duration and the safety for us as well as our dog. I am hyper-vigilant when it comes to our little dog. We have an annual contract with Valley Pest Control for rodent prevention and general pest services and the price is extremely fair for such exceptional services. Luis is always very prompt, more than kind, courteous and respectful. He's got a great sense of humor, too! Just sayin!' Jeannie runs the office and she is first rate! She is so kind and concerned for what we need and when we need it. Today, due to the extremely damp weather we've all been having around here, ants have appeared in the house and I cannot tolerate that. I called Jeannie about mid-morning and Luis was here taking care of the issue just a couple of hours later. Now that is service! I wish to recommend Valley Pest Control, LLC to our friends, neighbors and others in the Keizer/Salem area.

Trevor was kind, respectful and informative. He was able to schedule our treatment within a week of contacting him. So far, we have only seen dead bugs and no more bites. They even found the TV remote that had been lost for a year and a half! If I ever need bug treatment again, I will be sure to call Trevor and Valley Pest Control!

Highly recommend, Luis shows up on time and thoroughly explains the process and how rodents move about and the best locations for bait boxes. I would recommend them for all my pest control needs

Great Wasp Riddance
I was totally impressed with Luis's professionalism and he inspected attic and 4 places I wanted checked for wasps plus all vents around house. He sprayed and explained how preventative spray would work on any forager wasps that returned to nest and kill them up to 45 days. He took care of our problem and I am grateful.
Rats Gone!
The day I called them, they were out within 35 minutes to take a look. I was presented with options, pricing, scheduling and how the process would work.
I've worked with other pest control companies and this company did what they said they would do. Highly recommend.

After thousands of dollars of damage done by rodents under our home Trevor took the time to really explore the surroundings and find the entry points. Rodent Control
I had been with over companies who never really examined my problem in depth and their maintenance was minimal. I had ongoing recurrent mice intrusion and Trevor came out, took a long look at my situation, explained to me how he was going to fix it and how much time it would take. I haven't seen a mouse since. I use him for maintenance and I feel confident he is actually replacing the bait and checking the traps etc. This new company will hopefully set the bar for other pest control services in the Willamette Valley.
