I had a spring snap late in the evening. I called around to a few places and got nowhere. I gave Valley a call and the scheduler called at 8:30 the next morning to let me know they could get someone out between 10-12. Tony called at exactly 10 and arrived about 3-4 minutes later. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done, gave a complete abd accurate quote, replaced the spring and lubed the new spring and door. He also went over a couple of existing issues that I hadn't spotted and recommended a followup visit to address them. Everything about the visit was courteous and professional and I cant recommend this company highly enough. Excellent work, fast, at a decent price.

Tony immediately knew why our garage door wasn't working properly. He adjusted the springs and the sensor, and he oiled the hinges and checked everything out. Now the door opens smoothly.
