Valerie is a very friendly, knowledgeable professional agent. I appreciated how slowly and carefully she answered our questions. I also appreciate how she made sure we had no new questions before the session closed. Thanks for enrolling us in many products so easily Valerie!
Christine with Valley Ins was extremely through and confident when dealing with the marketplace. She went above and beyond to be sure my application was correct so there would be no issues with my eligibility.
I had such dread prior to my appointment. I was expecting some dull and dreary monotone agent with the personality of an anvil. Who did I actually get? Well let me tell you. CHRISTINE!!!!!! What a breath of fresh air she was and so very personable. She made the entire appointment fly by and I actually didn’t want it to end. She was extremely knowledgeable, knew her “stuff” and answered ALL my questions with wit and accuracy. Five Stars ?? for Christine! Oh and a BIG raise. (I’ll be checking back on this.)
You were so helpful. Explaned everything so I could make sense of it all. Thank You.
Christine has been amazing! She helped me when I was confused and overwhelmed. She was patient with me and never made me feel like I was doing something wrong. She assured me she would help me and that’s exactly what she did. I’m grateful.
Excellent help from Kristeen Davis, I am no longer pulling my hair out in frustration. The enrollment went smooth, fast, and very informative. Now I understand the various agencies involved in my enrollment process, all thanks to Kristeen Davis at Valley Insurance Professionals. I will continue association with this company for further action needed in maintaining & enrolling for my health care.
