Utopia Property Management | Gresham, OR

I work with a non profit organization that helps young adults find and obtain stable housing. It's not always pleasant having to deal with vouchers, or property management/ landlords. HOWEVER this has been so pleasant working with Haley. She returns calls as soon as she gets them, she is quick to reply to emails communication with Haley has been such a breeze, I am so very thankful for her support and communicative skills she definitely deserves 5 stars! And a raise for that matter! Haley you are much appreciated! As well as utopia property management! Did I mention how affordable they are compared to everywhere else?!!! They are!

Utopia does great work. Lindsey Sawyer is my go-to person and always there when I need her. It's more like a sister you can trust than a business associate. I have about 6 properties they manage and I've been in the rental business since 1999. We have seen and fixed many issues through rain, sleet, and up-hill in-the-snow situations. She once personally helped me do some yard work in her hi-heals after a needed eviction. Their website is very helpful even for a low-tech person like me and their dedication for making sure landlords get their funds is top notch.

Ive been with this management in 2021 to 2022. The professionalism, and willing to go beyond to help me with paperworks, and answers every concerns. Put me at ease, because it was my first time. Now, my 2nd time with Utopia management, again awesome customer service with Dianna very polite, greeted us with a smile. And she sent us the application within minutes. Dianna thank you so much for another awesome experience. I would recommend Utopia Management to friends and family.
