Utopia Property Management-Bend/Redmond

The heat went out during the last cold spell at the house I'm renting & I called into Utopia which has a maintenance department that helped me out almost immediately. I was updated as to which company would be coming out to help me get my heat back. Communication was great!! The issue was resolved before the end of the day and I was able to have a cozy nights sleep, thank you to Sara in the maintenance department who was so quick to respond to my request for help. In the past when I've rented from an owner directly I've had to find my own repair companies and the service has never been so quick.

This company and its team is a pleasure to work with, especially Sara in maintenance. She is always on top of her game, always filling me in on maintenance issues. She makes sure I have the correct and most accurate info, so I can do my job on time! Thank you for your continued support for small local businesses!

We rented our house while Encore Property Management managed the rental and left shortly after Utopia Property Management absorbed Encore. After receiving a very small portion of our security deposit back (for charges that were inspected to exist during our move in) we reached out directly with Utopia to settle the deposit amount. They worked with us professionally and cordially, specifically Robby, and refunded more of our deposit back. We were very upset with the original amount we received but after working with Utopia, are happy with their service.
