Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We went on opening day, and I can tell you that it is a fun time for the whole family. The managers did a great job and accommodated me when I needed a little extra help. The membership is worth it, and the space for parents to spectate is very roomie and with a full view. Great job Drew and everyone at Urban Air and thank you!

Lots of fun and not expensive. Take advance of the deals. 14.99 monthly paid up front or 50 dollar 60 day summer pass (limited time)

Best place in Salem to take your kids! We had a big group with us kids ranging from 3-12 and every kid had a blast and played nonstop for over 6 hours, we only left because us moms were all tired. The staff was all great, the gentleman at the zip line was so polite to check with the girls if they wanted to have a female worker do their harnesses instead, and everybody had such a good attitude. I needed help when we first got there since it’s all new, and the staff was all so positive and happy to help we had Tanya helping us with check-in, answered another family’s questions, and stepped in to problem solve when someone stopped too soon on the zip line all in less than 5 minutes and had a smile the entire time. The staff does a great job of keeping everybody safe without a bad attitude and they genuinely wanted the kids to have a good time. Nothing but good things to say about this place! We could not believe it was only their second day being open things were running way too well for it to be so new!
