Uptown Music

We have been renting to own basically our daughters Violin through Uptown and ever since the first time that we went in, they have been just absolutely amazing! My daughter recently had her Violin stolen at school, while the school has been 0 help this entire time, Uptown was so friendly and offered a solution for her to continue in orchestra. While the school disappointed my daughter in many ways, as soon as we walked into the store again, her eyes just lit up again. She felt the joy again of wanting to continue playing. Paul and everyone at Uptown has always been so friendly and welcoming. Any questions at all, never ever bothers them, everyone there is so knowledgeable and explains everything to help the students and parents understand as well. We will definitely continue to come to Uptown for all our music needs, so glad that we found them and wouldn't have it any other way!

Great music store! Over the years I have purchased guitars, amplifiers, keyboards, strings, picks and miscellaneous gear- all top-notch. Paul, the owner and his friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff are the best. My go to music store.

Wow that a place! We went in looking for a 12-string Ovation. No luck. But all of their selection was mint. They had some great vintage selection, along with brand new guitars. They were all reasonably priced, not trying to rip your arms off with high prices. These guitars pictured are very cool. Repurposed wood from the fires, all made by inmates. Neat idea. But lastly, I’d like to thank Brian. Younger guy helped my grandpa and I. He was awesome, knowledgeable of all the collections and made nice conversation. One of those people you just don’t see in stores anymore. Wasn’t too pushy, but also wasn’t afraid to dive into details. Thank you Brian, my grandpa & I will be back.
