We have been renting to own basically our daughters Violin through Uptown and ever since the first time that we went in, they have been just absolutely amazing! My daughter recently had her Violin stolen at school, while the school has been 0 help this entire time, Uptown was so friendly and offered a solution for her to continue in orchestra. While the school disappointed my daughter in many ways, as soon as we walked into the store again, her eyes just lit up again. She felt the joy again of wanting to continue playing. Paul and everyone at Uptown has always been so friendly and welcoming. Any questions at all, never ever bothers them, everyone there is so knowledgeable and explains everything to help the students and parents understand as well. We will definitely continue to come to Uptown for all our music needs, so glad that we found them and wouldn't have it any other way!
