After spending 3 hours at a branch meeting with my girlfriend resolving fraudulent activity on her account I was assured I was added as an authorized caller to help facilitate her resolution. When I called I was informed that my access was not set up properly and could not be helped. Thanks to excellent customer service Janelle resolved the issue quickly and friendly.. thanks janelle

I have banked with Unitus for 15+ years now and have always enjoyed their customer service, caring and attention to detail. We just went through a refinance working with Phaysy out of the Salem branch and she was great. She explained every part of the process in detail, followed up on all of my questions quickly and patiently and kept me informed every step of the way. She has a great attitude and is always very pleasant to talk to. Like almost everyone else, her job is clearly harder to do with all that is going on in the world right now, but she never let it show. I would and will happily continue to use them for any banking and lending needs
