Charged for a Part then No Showed Twice
Two appointments scheduled for a part repair. No show for both. No apology for the schedule “conflict” for the first missed appointment with a promise to show the next day then nothing. 5 hours of time wasted for someone to show up. No call, no apology, no working dryer with young children in the house. I 100 percent DO NOT recommend this company. Unprofessional
