Not bad for convenience factor. The part I needed was only $5 through Amazon but would have to wait 3 days for it. United Repair sold me the part for $16 and they had it in stock.

Out too a little while because this is a popular and busy shop. However, they repaired my Kitchenaid mixer so it was like new. Charge was more than reasonable. Thanks!
Very professional and curtious from office staff to repair personnel. They were honest and upfront about cost. Would recommend them to friends and family.
