Always courteous and clear with treatment plans. Nurses are great friendly and caring. I have never had a long wait to be seen even in the ED.

The best for all medical needs. UCHealth is my go to for my medical care. The physicians are extremely knowledgeable and caring. While my experience with other practices yhe physicians are often dismissive at best. The physicians at UCHealth work diligently to connect the dots to identify the problem and appropriate solution. All the labs have been patient and explain the procedures before and during. Even the non-medical staff including parking valet, gift shops and snack vendors are polite, helpful and welcoming. My only disappointment is the lack of availability of primary care for seniors due to shortage of physicians. This seems to a community wide issue not just UCHealth. Lastly, the patient portal works smoothly and without hiccups. All patient portals should be modeled after UCH's. Followup by phone is s bit delayed but still better than other facilities or practices.
