We were told we would get a phone call when the phone was available to be picked up. I ended up calling after the 2 hour mark to be told it was sitting there ready to be picked up. Maybe it was Just finished but it didn’t really sound like it. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Dropped the phone off & Gage was super patient & helpful. I would say a heads up to have apple password ready. When I did pick up the phone it was smooth as well. Thank you for the nice experience.

Superb service, wonderful experience when I dropped my phone and had to have the glass replaced. Just awesome. Fast and friendly and UNCOMPLICATED. I love that they have a presence right here, instead of some globally unattainable service somewhere overseas.
