U-Store Self Storage Albany

This particular U-Store Self Storage keep their grounds area very clean. Matthew at the front desk does an exceptional job empathizing with a customer's situation and help them look for options and solutions while supporting U-Store's guidelines. This 5-star review is for him, not the company.

So far so good. Just leased a storage space. They had the best rates in town which keeps them pretty full. Move in paperwork was simple and quick. The manager definitely understands his business and is very thorough.

The climate controlled rooms are applicable ONLY to 5 x 7 units. They were very nice to call me and let me know I improperly locked the door once. It is a very nice unit so far.
