U.S. Bank Branch

Mr Paul Farmer, branch manager, not only did an extraordinary job by helping me and sympathizing with my situation but his attention makes us feel you aren't just a number on the books. I cannot thank the man enough for his effort in going above and beyond to be there for the customer and make sure all is resolved within the limits of the law and what is right. I recommend him and this branch as well as others in which I was taken care of very well. Once again beyond thankful for his prompt, courteous and effective assistance.

I reported fraud on my debit card to customer service, and they said I would receive a credit for an overdraft fee that was associated with the fraudulent charge, but then they didn't... Not only was this the ONLY branch that had an available manager, but the manager looked into the issue for me and got it resolved. I really appreciate the level of customer service I received from this branch. This was "no hassle" banking, which is exactly what I need! Thank you, branch manager and team. Your positive attitude improved my whole day.
