I had two yellow jacket ground nests and a crew of two stopped out and worked on them both. It took a little while but they did solve the problem. I have watched for several days and the yellow jackets did not return. Great job! After the work, I received an email asking for a review that would be posted on Google and Facebook. That was on 8/15/23 and I did not respond right away because I wanted to make sure the yellow jackets were gone for good. And then the review request came again on 8/17, and on 8/19, and 8/21 and so forth. Every other day the request came. I am looking at 8 repeated requests for a review. Persistent? Yes. Perhaps the company needs to adjust the software to be less persistent. An annoyed customer might not leave a good review...
