The childcare is what sold me on this gym. It feels so great to be able to have 2 hours to workout without having to worry if my children are ok or not. I also enjoyed getting the free personal training session with Tanner. He taught me proper lift form and educated me on the differences of heart rate zones so that I can maximize my specific goals! I’m enjoying the yoga class with Quiche too, as she builds up to fun poses!

Very Great gym! All the workers and trainers are very outgoing! #1 Gym in murfreesboro. I highly recommend!
