Trisha is definitely the agent you want in your corner. We found Trisha at an open house. She was so polite from the get-go. We were not preapproved, but were getting our feet wet as it was our first time into the market. For the next two months before we got pre approved, Trisha went out of her way to show us homes that we were interested in. She was super easy to schedule appointments. We knew that was sticking her neck out for us...and that showed us how personable she really was. The first weekend that we got pre approved, we found our house. When we put in the offer, it came back without something we requested, but Trisha knew our wants/needs and fired back right away. She got us what we wanted. When it came time to close, she was so kind (and we are so grateful for this) to hand deliver our closing documents to the title company for us, as we couldn't be present for closing.
