She hosted free on-line information sessions covering wills, trusts, etc. These sessions were super informative, easy to sign up for, and full of useful information we all need to know. Did I mention they were free? I also used Erin to update beneficiaries on my deed. She made herself available on short notice to accommodate my poor planning and upcoming travel. She even came in on a Sunday to have me sign and finalize the documents. She filed them in a timely fashion with the county and provided me a copy that day with a final follow up copy several weeks later.
