So I’ll admit I’m very likely to not leave a review if they did a good job, but I’m trying to make an effort to change that about my reviews. Now I didn’t have my license and needed to cash a check from Traditions Bank, and it could have easily been a big issue. But Allison was very nice and since I had a picture, I had printed out of my license and it wasn’t expired, she was more than willing to help me cash the check. It’s nice to know that some people and the company’s they work for are more concerned with doing what’s right for the customer, instead of being worried about having my actual license. This one visit actually is making me think I might actually see about opening an account with them, and considering the issues of had with a bank that I just can’t seem to catch up with the way they “chase” after issues that are a waste of time and effort. Thanks again Allison, for making me consider a local bank as an option.
