Tracy Cousineau Real Estate

Kara is truly a consummate real estate professional! From the first day we started the process over the phone to the closing date, Kara was always right along our side. We started our search from Pennsylvania, and Kara showed how her experience made the difference in our remote home search. She provided very helpful insights on a wide variety of homes both remote via mobile video and our in-person interactions. Perhaps most exemplary was her patience in getting to know us and helping us carefully consider what was important in a home. Kara always made us feel like we were her only customers. We could not be more thankful to Kara for her time and expertise!

My husband & I worked with Sherri Wilson & the team at Tracy Cousineau Real Estate Expert Advisors. The entire team was very professional & a pleasure to work with! Sherri got our home sold very quickly & at a good price. Sherri is very communicative & kept us updated daily. We highly recommend Sherri if you’re looking to buy or sell!

Tracy's team helped our family get our asking price for our old home and was exceptionally responsive in the search for a new house. We needed repair work to get this home ready and their recommendations set us up with qualified professionals. Thank you to her team!
