What started as a surprise birthday party turned into a terrible night. First off I called ahead and verified we could have 10 people sit with us and only have 6 play and that it was for a surprise birthday celebration and they stated it would be ok. Come time to arrive and the receptionist at the front counter was extremely rude. (Didnt get name, younger female, ponytail and glasses) she was very standoff-ish and stated that we needed to purchase an additional bay even if they were not playing. No worries, we end up doing so. But during the process she states that whether or not we're ready the time we lost so far wont be refunded or added. We also had to move to the 3rd floor and had to pay an additional cost to be up there. I had already had a reservation paid for but also had to start a new bay and time. So essentially I was double charged for my original bay. Our server was very unnatentive. We stated multiple times we were celebrating a birthday. And were ignored after asking 3 times if they could sing like they did with the other 2 bays that we seen that were celebrating. Servers name was De Angel. We ended up asking a manager named Sophia and she was very helpful and got the Sunday and sang happy birthday to my partner as we celebrated her 21st birthday. We come here almost bi-weekly as its our date night adventure. What should have been a night full of fun with friends turned into a crap show and a night ruined due to the staff on hand. I didnt need some teenager being condescending or have an attitude when we were just trying to accommodate everyone. I do not belive I'd like to return to this establishment. And its unfortunate as we love to play here and may just keep it to our local course from now on

They have a great nursing room available for use. Nice, clean and comfortable. They have mobile ordering! Food was great!

We had a great time at this location. We reserved 5 bays and had a large group. They got us in on a Saturday afternoon and it was fun!

Topgolf Hillsboro is always a great time for the whole family. We love coming here, especially during the week when they have some really good deals. It's an easy place to spend a couple of hours having fun without breaking the bank. The food has always been surprisingly good, and there are plenty of games to choose from, so everyone stays entertained whether you're a serious golfer or just there to have fun. The staff has always been friendly, and the overall atmosphere makes it a place we keep coming back to. Definitely one of our favorite family outings.

I only had the wings and a root beer. But it was a great time. The food was good and the service was great. Root beer was amazing. Wings were perfect. I think od enjoy the buffalo more than the garlic ones I got.
