Fred the technician is very tentative and pays attention to details. He always begins by ringing the doorbell to let us know he's on the property and always checks before he begins to make sure the dogs aren't in the backyard. He let's us know what procedures he's performing and any recommendations needed. When he's finished he makes sure the gates are properly closed and leaves a note of the services performed.
